Authorized production use

Trip Slate is provided for authorized production travel coordination. You may use a traveler, cast and crew, department, or coordinator page only for the production purpose and access level for which it was shared with you. Do not probe, bypass, copy, or disclose links, records, or administrative controls beyond that purpose.

Accurate and authorized information

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having authority to submit information about another person. Review dates, names, airports, contact details, and choices before confirming. Contact the travel coordinator promptly if anything changes.

Requests are not confirmations

Flight, hotel, rental car, car service, and housing selections in Trip Slate are requests and planning information. Availability, estimated drive times, schedules, and vendor details can change. Travel is not guaranteed until it is studio approved, ordered, ticketed, and confirmed by final itinerary or vendor confirmation.

Google Maps Platform

Trip Slate includes Google Maps features and content. Use of those features and content is subject to the current Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Route mileage and estimated drive times are informational. They must not be treated as a guarantee of arrival time, road condition, or safety.

Availability and changes

Trip Slate may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or restricted to protect production information and system reliability. Expired or revoked links may stop working. If a link or feature fails, contact Jackson Giles rather than attempting to work around the access control.
